Join us as we return to Wild Sisters Wellness for our previously sold out workshop: Yoga & Flowers.

Guided by expert flower farmer, florist and yoga teacher Lowri (Blodau Caredig), you’ll create a seasonal spring bouquet made from local flowers and foliage. You’ll be guided through a gentle yoga session, suitable for beginners.

Ticket includes refreshments, all flowers, tutorial and yoga workshop.

The ticket is non-refundable. If you contact us 14 days before the workshop, we can move your booking on to another date, if there is availability.

We can’t offer refunds if you can’t make it on the day. Please contact us and we’ll supply a bucnh of flowers for you to pick up if you have to cancel, or you’re welcome to find someone else to come in your place.

If we need to cancel for any reason, we will reschedule and offer options.
